Background
A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Erin majored in psychology and minored in communications, with a strong emphasis on research and evidence-based treatment. Erin completed her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at West Chester University and has spent her career treating clients in a variety of settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings for both adolescents and adults. Erin is trained in relational trauma repair (RTR), attachment-based family therapy (ABFT, level 2), and is a certified therapist & approved consultant in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). On a case-by-case basis, Erin utilizes animal assisted therapy (AAT) with her collie/poodle mix, Max.
 
In addition to clinical work, Erin has extensive experience in EMDR curriculum building, conference writing & presenting, EMDR group & individual consultation for basic training, certification, and consultants in training, and EMDR basic training practicum facilitation. Erin has helped practicum facilitate EMDR basic training for over 200 clinicians, provided over 130 hours of individual consultation, provided over 200 hours of group consultation, and presented at 4 conferences in the last two years.
