We are in-network with Quest, Allied Trades, Geisinger, Acentra, and M&S EAP. We do not work directly with other insurance carriers at this time. However, we do provide monthly superbills that you can use to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the session. These are provided via the client portal on a monthly basis.

You can email us to set up a consultation call (15-20 minutes) with an intake coordinator. This is where we will gather information about your interest in EMDR therapy and discussed our therapy style at The Willow Space for Trauma Treatment. We will also discuss any questions you may have for us.
We understand that things come up and life happens. Our cancellation policy states 24 hours notice is needed if canceling an appointment. If 24 hour notice is not given, the therapist reserves the right to charge the session rate for the missed appointment. The Willow Space will attempt to utilize telehealth whenever possible in order to keep scheduled appointments and continue delivering high quality, consistent care.
