The best way to get in contact with our admissions department is to call us, send us a text (our phone lines are HIPAA compliant) or fill out our contact sheet on our website. Once your inquiry is received, we will be in contact within 24 business hours to schedule a 15-minute consultation call, where we will learn more about your needs and answer any questions about outpatient trauma therapy.

How do I start working with a trauma focused therapist?

You can email us to set up a consultation call (15 minutes) with an intake coordinator. This is where we will gather information about your interest in EMDR therapy and discussed our therapy style at The Willow Space for Trauma Treatment. We will also discuss any questions you may have for us.

Do you provide trauma therapy through insurance in Paoli?

We are in-network with the following insurance carriers in providing outpatient trauma therapy: Aetna, Allied Trades, Acentra, and M&S EAPPlease note that not all therapists at The Willow Space are in-network with all of the above carriers. Please inquire about in-network providers during your consult call. We do not work directly with other insurance carriers at this time. However, we do provide monthly superbills that you can use to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the session. These are provided via the client portal on a monthly basis. Accepted Answer

Yes! Our therapists are licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As long as you are present in the state your counselor is licensed in at the time of your appointment and have access to a quiet space with internet access, you can engage in outpatient telehealth trauma therapy.

What if I can't make it to a scheduled appointment?

Accepted Answer

We understand that things come up and life happens. Our cancellation policy states 24 hours notice is needed if canceling an appointment. If 24 hour notice is not given, the therapist reserves the right to charge the session rate for the missed appointment. The Willow Space will attempt to utilize telehealth whenever possible in order to keep scheduled appointments and continue delivering high quality, consistent care.
