Background
An alumnus of Temple University, Lizzie began her education in the mental health field by earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in cognitive neuroscience. She then continued her studies at Temple to obtain her Masters in Social Work. Lizzie is currently a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania.

Lizzie's expertise spans from adolescents to adults, utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as her primary treatment modality to treat populations with trauma-related disorders and substance use disorders. Lizzie's background in both inpatient and outpatient settings have helped her to develop a holistic approach to healing, with an emphasis on building the relationship between client and therapist and focusing on empathy and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship.
