The Willow Space for Trauma Treatment is in-network with Aetna, Quest, Allied Trades, Geisinger, Acentra, and M&S EAP. Otherwise, as an out-of-network provider, The Willow Space for Trauma does not directly bill insurance companies. However, we provide clients with a "superbill" - an itemized receipt containing all the necessary details for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Clients pay The Willow Space for Trauma upfront and then take the information from the monthly superbill to submit to their insurance plan's out-of-network mental health benefits to get reimbursed. Clients are often reimbursed a significant amount of the total therapy fee.

We are in-network with Aetna, Quest, Allied Trades, Geisinger, Acentra, and M&S EAP. Please note that different therapists are in-network with different carriers and not all therapists at The Willow Space accept all of the above insurances. Please inquire about in-network providers during your consult call.

We do not work directly with other insurance carriers at this time. However, we do provide monthly superbills that you can use to submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for the session. These are provided via the client portal on a monthly basis.

Yes, we do offer sliding scales. We also have openings via Open Path. Please email us to inquire about additional information regarding sliding scale openings.

Sessions are paid for at the time of service, including any co-pays mandated by your insurance. Sessions can be pre-paid in advance. All payments are made through our HIPAA compliant client portal.
